Ok so we are on the beach in the middle of an engagment session and I see this worm on the beach…thinking “that’s odd…a worm should be dried up and dead out here” I decided to investigate… as I got closer to this thing it started moving- like a tinsy tiny snake! About 6 years ago my mother in law mailed me an article on the “Hawaiian Snake” because we were always bragging how we don’t have snakes here! I did not believe it but they showed a photo of it under a microscope and only then you could see the tiny fangs and the scales… so here it is- I saw it with my own eyes… THE Hawaiian Snake!

The top of the photo is the head.
